I. IMAGE RIGHTS AND RULES
I.I. I, the artist, retain full and exclusive rights to the original artwork. The client may not claim it as their own or use it for anything other than personal use.
I.II. All commissioned artwork is for noncommercial purposes only. Redistribution of my artwork for use in printed merchandise or as promotion of goods, services, or social media pages is prohibited.
I.III. Do not alter my artwork in any way without asking permission beforehand.
I.IV. Do not use parts or whole pieces of my artwork as references for your own, whether tracing or re-purposing parts of the image.
II. PAYMENT
II.I. I accept payment in USD only. I accept payment via Paypal or Venmo.
II.II. All payment will be taken via invoice and must be paid up-front and in full or 50% of the total before I will begin work. Make sure to submit payment relatively soon after the invoice is sent or your commission may be canceled, unless discussed otherwise.

II.III. Refund Policy. If the client cancels a commission before work has started, the client will receive a full refund. If the client cancels the commission during progress, the amount refunded will be on a case-by-case basis and up to the artist’s discretion. No refunds will be given for completed or nearly completed commissions. Should the artist cancel, the client will receive a full refund.
-
The artist reserves the right to cancel a commission at any time, for any reason, and without explanation.
III. CONTACT + COMMUNICATION
III.I. All discussions regarding commissions will be through email, Instagram messages, or Twitter messages. Please provide at least one clear and concise visual reference; please supplement the visual reference with any additional important information I may need to know to accurately draw the character
IV. ACCEPTED AND UNACCEPTED CONTENT
IV.I. Below is a general guideline for what I will or will not draw. I am generally pretty open with the exception of what is in the “will not draw.” Feel free to inquire about anything! Inquiries are confidential and I will not be offended by any suggested ideas.
IV.II. I will draw:

✔ Humans and humanoids.
✔ Original Characters.
✔ Fanart (+ of Real People).
✔ Couples/groups (3 people max).

IV.III. I will not draw:
✖ Porn or NSFW.
✖ Drugs or drug paraphernalia.
✖ Animals or furries.
✖ Any sort of hateful content, such as racism, transphobia, homophobia, etc.
✖ Mechanical pieces (mechs, robots, armor).
✖ Art style imitation.
V. WORKFLOW
V.I. I work best when given extremely specific desires for a piece. Of course, there will be some variation because of my interpretations and style, but it is helpful to have the details laid out concretely.
V.II. Estimated date to completion. Once your commission is accepted, I will provide an estimated date of completion. However, this “due date” is in no way a guarantee and is subject to change at any time. If there are any delays in the completion of a commission, I will personally notify the customer, most likely through email.
-
If for any reason I cannot complete a commission within 90 days of the order, I will issue a full refund.
V.III. Works in Progress (WIPS). Every commission type allows for consultation during the sketch phase and two additional progress photos (during coloring and shading, if applicable) in order to refine the piece to your liking.
V.IV. Revisions and edits. Any major changes or revisions must be made during the sketch phase of the piece; this includes any significant changes to a character’s pose, body shape, props, or redrawing parts of the image.
-
After the sketch has been approved, no major edits or changes will be made. If the commissioner requests additional edits after the approved sketch, a price for the edits will be discussed.
-
If I, the artist, make any errors in the character design, accessories, or any other visual elements specified in the provided visual references, I will make these edits at no additional cost.
VI. RESTRICTION(S)
VI.I. Commissioned images can’t be used for NFT art under any circumstances.
